Libby Hill Seafood Opens in Galax, VA
Galax, VA – Libby Hill Seafood Restaurants’ President Justin Conrad has announced the opening of the chain’s newest location in Galax, Virginia. Sara Mitchell, the daughter of Mt. Airy Libby Hill owner /operator John Mitchell, will be the new owner/operator of the Galax location. Sara Mitchell has worked at the Mt. Airy location for the past eleven years, and has served as the front manager in Mt. Airy for the past five years. Several key Mt. Airy employees will also be joining Mitchell’s staff in Galax.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring our quality Libby Hill products to Galax and the surrounding communities.” Conrad said. “Folks in this part of Virginia have been eating with John in Mt. Airy for many years, and we couldn’t be prouder that the Mitchells will be heading up our operation in Galax.”
The new Libby Hill in Galax will be the second Libby Hill Seafood Restaurant in Virginia, and the fourteenth in the family owned chain. This location will seat approximately 100 patrons, with take out and drive through service also available.
The Libby Hill in Madison will be open 7 days a week from 11:00am to 8:30pm at 526 E. Stuart Drive, Galax, Va.
